John Keeling

John is an experienced C Level Executive Director with extensive background in the Financial Services and Retail sectors.   He has a strong track record of delivering innovative and resilient technology and transformational change.  

Between 2014 to mid-2017 John was Chief Officer Business Operations for Visa Europe, where he was the Executive responsible for Visa’s critical systems and customer services across 37 countries. The business grew substantially during this period and merged with Visa Inc in 2016. Prior to joining Visa in 2012 John was with the John Lewis Partnership where he was Director of Computer Services, responsible for the shared IT systems and technology services for the Department Stores and Waitrose Supermarket businesses.  

John graduated in Computer Science from London University and has over 38 years experience in creating business value from technology in a number of sectors.   John is also an accredited coach and independent advisor.
